If you are a club or promoter of an event and you would like to host me as a guest DJ please send an e-mail with the following information:
Your name
Name and location of club or venue event is held
Type of music played at club or event
Date(s) of event
Your contact information (e-mail, snail-mail and contact's full legal name)
Full website address of event if one is available
Performers, bands and labels wishing to submit their music for consideration to be played please send an e-mail with the following information:
Your performer, band or label name
Type of music played
Your contact information (e-mail, snail-mail and contact's full legal name)
Full site address of your website if one is available
If there is interest on my part you will be e-mailed a snail mail address for you to send your press kit/CD for further consideration.
I reserve the right to reject any submissions.

DO NOT SEND ANY ATTACHED EXAMPLES OF YOUR WORK VIA E-MAIL. DOING SO WILL AUTOMATICALY REJECT YOUR SUBMISSION.
Below is a way of contacting me in just six easy steps:
1. Pick a subject from the "Subject" dropdown menu.
2. Enter your first and last name in the appropriate fields.
3. Enter your Email address so I can respond.
4. Leave me a descriptive message in the "Message" field.
5. Hit the "SUBMIT" button
6. You will then be taken to the conformation page if done correctly.
